The editorial work is carried out by an international
group of scholars and a support staff listed in alphabetical order:
- Diana Kormos Buchwald, Director
& General Editor, Professor of History at Caltech. A historian
of modern physical science, she serves as co-editor and has overall responsibility for managing the Project,
fundraising, and the English language translation editions (626-395-8044,

- Carol Chaplin, Assistant to the General Editor & Administrative Assistant
(626-395-8028, cchaplin@caltech.edu).
- Jeroen van Dongen, Editor and Visiting Associate, is Assistant Professor at the Institute for History and Foundations of Science, Utrecht University. He works on both scientific and historical annotation (626-395-3243,
jvdongen@einstein.caltech.edu).
- Rudy Hirschmann, IT Manager. Software engineer and literary historian,
he is responsible for the technical infrastructure of the Project and
assists in the editorial work (626-395-4113, rudyhi@einstein.caltech.edu).
- József Illy, Editor
and Visiting Associate in History. Historian of science, he annotates
Einstein's correspondence and

- Daniel Kennefick, Scientific Editor and Assistant Professor of Physics at the University of Arkansas. Physicist and historian of science
specializing in gravitational waves, he works on the scientific

- Rosy Meiron, Volunteer Editorial
